If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging!

If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. Please contact us for support.

Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your Caffeine Creation and are committed to offering the highest quality products for you to enjoy!

We also understand that apparel and other merchandise may be difficult to purchase online without trying it on or seeing it in person.

Below are our policies on returns. We honour a 14 day return policy on eligible fine art products, and a 30 day return policy on eligible merchandise. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices and lighting conditions. Please read the full product descriptions as some merchandise products may have variances due to the printing process. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely). Our quality control standards are quite strict and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. Collectors are responsible for return shipping. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Greeting Cards fall under this category. 

Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final; as they come with a special, personalized gift just for you and Mikayla personally pays a generous amount to ship them directly to your door via courier. Originals are unique as they show everything, including minor imperfections due to the nature of painting with coffee. 

Exclusive Coffee Customs (not eligible): As part of the exclusive Coffee Customs process you will receive periodic updates on your personalized piece, and will have input throughout the process. A non-refundable retainer will be taken before starting your project.

We apologize your item didn't work out for you.

All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, customers are responsible for shipping the item back. Each item must be in sellable condition (unworn/unused with tags attached).

As we are a small business poor quality returns damaged by the customer may not be refundable or may be subject to a restocking fee subject to condition.

Items marked as final sale are not returnable or refundable.

Refunds will be processed after the item is received. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us to make things right. 

 

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For instance, placing a fingerprint on a white border, ripping the paper, damage to paints, removal of tags, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. Every order and fine art print is inspected a minimum of three times before clearing for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions and products are packaged for you to enjoy. The consumer will be contacted in the case of imperfections on limited edition items for approval before shipping.

It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. This includes care information.

We do not offer returns, refund, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
